This question about Using an extension: Asked

AfterEditPageRedirection

We use the action tracker plugin search feature so that on each user's wiki page, they have a table of all their open action items.

While in that page, they click on edit icon for the action and the popup comes up to edit the action. This all works, but after they close the popup, the browser is transported to the page that contains the action. It is properly updated as expected.

This is cumbersome because then the user has to go "back" in the browswer to the page they were on when they clicked the "Edit" icon for the action. It can make editing actions cumbersome.

Ideally, there would be some way to update the action on its source page, but keep the browser viewing the page they are currently on.

I am a software guy, so I am trying to play with the code to figure out where to affect this behavior, but any guidance is welcome.
