Foswiki url redirect

The "It Works!" page is the default index.html page that comes with Apache. You will have to make some changes to your foswiki.conf file so that http://wikitest takes you to the wiki homepage. Read: http://foswiki.org/Support/ShorterUrlCookbook

Commenting is disabled while not logged in

Hi All, my name is Faiz. I am new to Foswiki and new into IT. I am not very technical at the moment so please bear with me.

I have setup a new server and installed foswiki 1.2 on it.

When I click - Start- Programs - Foswiki - Foswiki - The foswiki home page fires up as normal. The URL at the top reads http://saba/foswiki/bin/view

I want the foswiki page to appear when I type in http://wikitest in the URL instead.

At the monent typing in http://wikitest in the url simply brings up a default page saying "it works"

Please can someone give me simple step by step instructions on how I can achieve this.

As I mentioned previously I am new into IT so please explain everything in Lamen Terms.
