Configure: red exclamation mark

I updated all of my plugins, and I noticed (before & after the updates), that my Configure page shows a red exclamation mark next to Extensions > Extension operation and maintenance > Enable or disable installed extensions.

But I don't see what's wrong. Even if I enable 'Show expert options', I don't see in the right panel what's wrong.

Is this a 'fake' indication or is there really something wrong? Any way to check it out another way?

The working/logs/error.log remains empty.
