Feature Proposal: Currently if set to "reply" on error, just the email originator is sent an email message with the error. It would be good to nominate a "CC" email address say to the foswiki admin or whoever.

Motivation

Understanding why people are unable to correctly submit emails for processing may help the admin resolve the issue for the poster. thereby increasing the value of Foswiki to the end user.
