Concern Raised By
As described in the release process
ANYONE can raise concern against a proposal for a new feature or change of existing feature.
The concern can be against the proposal as such or it can be a concern related to the proposed spec.
It is also allowed to raise concern strictly to trigger a release meeting decision.
The 14-day auto-accept rule is suspended the minute concern is raised of any kind!
A concern raised will normally lead to a discussion on the proposal topic and the proposer and the person(s) that raised concern may eventually reach an agreement. In this case the proposal is accepted by ConsensusReached
. If consensus is not reached and the debate does not move any of the parties, or someone requests that the proposal is discussed at a release meeting, the proposal goes to ReadyForReleaseMeeting
state for a vote at a release meeting.
