Discussion
This project needs your help. As you can see from the discussion below, there are a couple of patches that try to fix CAS login for Foswiki. While providing patches is fine, committing those fixes to
SVN is even better. The source in
SVN are still in no good state with regards to quality and trademark issues. So to get a viable option for a single sign on solution based on CAS there still is some porting, modernizing and testing efforts required. If you are willing to join this project or simply a user in some CAS environment and you are trying to integrate Foswiki, add your name below to show your interest, and we get this thing going again.

I'm working on porting
TWiki:Plugins/CasLoginContrib for foswiki.

Actually, it appears I have no time ATM to work on this, so anyone willing to take over is most certainly welcome.

I'm attaching a version provided by initial author Charlie Reitsma, that he sent to me by email. Hope this helps.

Attaching a new version that seems to work well enough for logging in and out, but sessions never expire. Any help?

Thanks for kicking this back to life, Micha. We use CAS in production here at my university, and we really need to see it get into svn and get at least some community support. Let me know what we can do to help!

Both attachments below are not working. Could anyone help to send me a workable version? Thanks,

Sorry, I'll have to step back from working on CAS.
