Task Team Form

This form is used for Task team topics. The fields are designed to encapsulate the information about a task team's activities, and is designed to support roll-up.

The form is attached to the *TaskTeam topic for the team:

Summary text 80   One-line summary of what the task-team has been set up to do M
Team lead text 80   Wikiname of whoever has taken on the role of team lead for this task M
Participants text 80   Wikinames of all team members  
Charter Date date     Date the team charter was agreed with the adminstrative team  
Next Review Due date     Date the team charter is due to be reviewed  
Status select 1 Charter under development, Running, Complete, Closed, Abandoned Status of this task team
